Launched December 2018 in Atlanta, Georgia, powered by LadySonya Music Studio, in its 10th year of business, LadySonya was inspired to take her business to the next level and create a legacy. She thought about her 10 year entrepreneurial journey and the beginning stages before LadySonya Music Studio of being a ‘surviving college musician with big plans of professionally and musically becoming successful.’ LadySonya quickly came up with an idea and vision to pave a way for those who modeled her younger self, Music is Giving was then created. Music is Giving is a Foundation centered around socially gathering people together, with music of course, to complete one mission, giving back to talented musicians, aspiring entrepreneurs, and start-ups..

Music is Giving Muse Scholarship Requirements

Be a Georgia Resident
Must be proficient in an instrument
High School and/or College GPA of 3.0 or higher
Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree
Be 25 or younger as of Oct. 1, 2020.
The minimum age for eligibility is 16.

Are strongly passionate about their business
Are interested in helping people make better decisions and thrive in the community.
Are determined to advance the community
